About the role
As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you will play an important role in onboarding new customers to our Presto platform. You’ll be the trusted advisor guiding institutions through the technical setup, integration, configuration, and adoption of Presto, ensuring they get maximum value from our solution.
Act as the technical system expert during onboarding projects
Advise on configuration and integration tailored to insitution needs
Handle the technical configuration of Presto throughout onboarding
Train and educate customers on effective product usage
Become a product expert in tailored Presto workflows
Manage the support portal for post-go-live customer queries


Experience & Mindset
Ideally we're looking for someone who
Has previous technical experience working directly with software implementations at UK higher education institutions, either working for the institution or a at a SaaS company.
Possesses strong technical skills and doesn't feel afraid about SQL, Linux, Docker, API-integration, etc.
Has experience working with Student Record Systems, Timetabling, Curriculum, HR and other HE-systems
Is highly organised and collaborative, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and customer-friendly way
Works well with others, offering support and seeking input when needed to strengthen team outcomes
Brings energy, initiative, and a proactive mindset to every challenge
Enjoys a fully remote work environment, with willingness to travel to UK customer sites and to our NL office once or twice a year
