In February, Richard Waring joined the team as Sales Account Manager. From day one, he has been actively engaging with our Presto solution and our customers, quickly immersing himself in our customer-focused culture. Richard values the strong collaboration we share with our clients and the way innovations and updates help them support their students effectively.

With more than 25 years of experience in the global Higher Education sector, Richard brings extensive expertise gained across the UK & Ireland, Europe, North America, Latin America, South Africa, and the Middle East. His background with edtech providers spans timetabling, attendance monitoring, student engagement, and course evaluation solutions—giving him a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities universities face today.

This wealth of experience strengthens our sales team and supports our commitment to serving an expanding customer base.

Originally from Yorkshire, Richard now lives in Cardiff with his family, where he enjoys the easy access to the beautiful landscapes of Wales.
